Subscriber Ticket Exchange

All tickets are non-refundable. Only subscribers may exchange tickets within the same engagement for a $5 per ticket handling fee. Credit cards charges will be referenced to the "LA Opera Box Office". To exchange your tickets within the same engagement, please print the following Subscriber Exchange Form (PDF), follow written instructions and mail or fax to:

If mailing tickets, they must be received no later than one week before your original performance date or desired performance date, whichever comes first. Tickets must be faxed no later than 48 hours before the original performance date or desired performance date, whichever comes first. Please retain your cut tickets as your record. Any exchange requests received with less than 48 hours prior to the first performance of that engagement will be charged a $20 per ticket emergency exchange fee.

Subscriber Ticket Donations

If you find you are unable to use your tickets for an upcoming performance of Dance at the Music Center, you may donate your tickets back to the Center. Tickets will need to be submitted for donation no less than 24 hours prior to the performance date and time.

There are 2 easy ways to donate your tickets:

1. By Fax: (213) 972-3008
   Cut your tickets in half diagonally please see Cut Ticket Example (PDF) and include a note with your name, address and telephone number. Please note on the fax that you would like to donate your tickets. Once received, the box office will issue a receipt of donation and mail to you.
2. By Mail:
   Enclose a copy of the diagonally cut, unwanted tickets please see Cut Ticket Example (PDF) and a note with your name, address and phone Please retain your cut tickets as your record. Once received, the box office will issue a receipt of donation and mail to you.

Subscriber Extra Ticket Purchase

Please submit ticket requests at least 48 hours prior performance date and time to assure receipt of order. Print the Single Ticket Order Form (PDF), follow the written instructions, and mail or fax your purchase requests to:
